DIVISION OFFICE HOURS AND LOCATIONS
The Division has offices at eight (8) sites in Norfolk. All offices (except for the sites at the Duke Grace Building and the Early Childhood Center in Berkley) take and receive applications for public assistance and service programs weekdays. Face-to-face interviews for public assistance (which are not required in every public assistance program) are available. Office hours for all locations: Weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
