ParentConnection is a program designed to prevent child abuse and neglect by improving parenting skills and resources. We offer parents the opportunity to explore their parenting in a safe and confidential weekly group. ParentConnection is a kind of "extended family" where parents can learn good parenting skills, rebuild their self-image, and grow with the help of others. At the same time their children can participate in a children's program. They will learn parallel skills that will enable positive changes to occur. For further information please call Lynn Hundley 622-9622 ext. 19.
