It shouldn't hurt to be a child.


In Hampton Roads over 12,000 cases of child abuse are reported each year. That is more than in any other Virginia region. The number of cases that go unreported is unknown, but there is good reason to believe that child abuse is a pervasive problem in our society.

You can help prevent child abuse by being aware of the dimensions of the problem. You can volunteer your time. You can make a financial contribution. All efforts are welcome. Child abuse must be stopped - now.
